Lighting the Path of Purpose: Queen Jay Foundation’s Journey of Impact
On May 11th, 2025, we had a remarkable community event, one filled with love, hope, and purpose when The Queen Jay Foundation continued its vision, gathered leaders, families, community and well-wishers for a cause much greater than any one person. This marks the continual support and impact of the Foundation’s Mission to support street children living in extreme poverty and building a world where every child grows up in a safe and loving family.
Our support helps keep the children in school, especially girls.
At the heart of the Queen Jay Foundation is its visionary founder and CEO, Joan Williams. A woman of great compassion and unwavering commitment, Joan has always believed that being impactful is the true measure of success. Her dream of giving back and making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children finally came to life, and it did so powerfully.
During the event, Queen Jay Foundation proudly announced the adoption of five children — all currently in primary school — with a pledge to support them fully through their education journey, right up to college. But this support goes beyond academics. The Foundation is committed to walking with these children spiritually, emotionally, and personally, ensuring they grow up knowing they are loved, seen, and empowered.

The May 11th function was a beautiful blend of purpose, celebration, and community. It reminded everyone present that true impact doesn’t always come from grand gestures but from acts of love done with intention. Through music, inspiration, and testimonies, the event stirred hearts and ignited a spirit of giving.
Thanks to generous contributions and the presence of caring individuals, the Foundation is now set on a clear path one filled with promise and transformation.
